I accepted an invitation by Dr. Jeffrey Geihs, Executive Director,to present at the 2025 Nevada Association of School Administrators Virtual Conference Session on February 13th. My session will be 90 minutes and is scheduled at 5:00- 6:30 PT. I am looking forward to the opportunity to share!

I want to thank Marty McKenzie, Principal of Statewide Blind and Visually Impaired Education for the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind, for sharing my instructional strategies for with the TVI in South Carolina. Because South Carolina is relatively close to Georgia, I am planning o scheduling workshops with his TVI colleagues! Follow the “Latest News” for locations and dates when they become available.
I enjoyed sharing my instructional strategies at the 2024 Tri-State STEM Conference on October 10th and 2024 GCTM Conference on October 17th. The participants who attended my sessions were amazing Iam looking forward to help them implement my strategies in their classrooms!
My Keep Indiana Learning article was posted on October 9th! On the website, click on the lick to read my STEM article about the “Living Table” that I designed and built with my students.
I received an email that my “Living Table” article is going to be published on October 9th. The article involves a year long project that I did with my students at Elm Street Elementary in Rome, GA. During the project, my students used their math skills and be exposed to grade level reading, science, and ELA standards to create a table that had a variety of themes, such as a winter wonderland, mountian village, Iwo Jima, and Easter incentives during the state-wide testing in April. Additional information about the project will be posted on the website after it has been published on October 9th!
WOW! I have accepted invitations to present at the 2024 Georgia Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference Sessions on October 17th. My sessions are at 11:00 and 3:00. See you at Rock Eagle, GA!
