Due to policy changes in my school district, Rome City Schools, GA, I had to reschedule opportunities to share my strategies at the 2021 Pennsylvania CEC Conference and 2021 Florida CEC Conference. I told the conference organizers that I had full intentions of participating and to include me in their 2022 conferences. See you next year!

I just received notification that I will be sharing my math strategies at the 2021 KY CEC Conference in Louisville. I am looking forward to the opportunity to share again! It is hard to believe that it has been about eight years since I shared at the 2013 KY CEC Conference! Time has flown by!

I am going to share my math strategies with Marla Dunn, Math Specialist at Pascagoula- Gautier Schools, at 9:00 on July 23rd. I am looking forward to the opportunity to help the students she helps serve during the 2021-22 school year!

I was invited by Tammy Pereboom, AT Specialist, to do a session at the 2021 North Carolina Assistive Technology Virtual Expo on October 7, 2021. Please follow the “Latest News” for the time of my session.

Dr. Eddie Anderson, Director of Delta Area Association for the Improvement of Schools Demonstration, and I tentatively discussed having a demonstration at his education inservice center in Cleveland, MS during the week of October 11-15. I am going to meet with Dr. Renita Hollins, Director of Special Education in Lowndes County Schools, on Friday, July 22nd at 1:00. I am looking forward to meeting her as well as hopefully helping her students during the 2021-22 school year!

After my demonstration at the Auburn University Regional Inservice Center on June 8th t 8:30- 11:30, I will leave for my two sessions at the 2021 Making Connections Conference in Gulfport, MS. However, on my way to the conference, I will meet with Shawaungela Bolden, Special Services Specialist in Butler County Schools, at 2:30. I appreciate her willingness to see some new math ideas!

The NCTM 2022 Indianapolis Regional Conference & Exposition Program Committee accepted my proposal, “Number Line to 10,000,000 and Other Math Manipulatives!” The NCTM Indianapolis Regional Conference will be Wednesday, March 16 – Friday, March 18, 2022.
